Shipping Policy
Widick
Diesel Service, Inc exclusively ships via UPS on all
orders considered non truck freight. Widick Diesel Service, Inc will only ship to the fifty
US states and
Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In
the event that you, the customer, places an order to an
International address not listed above, Widick Diesel Service,
Inc reserves the right to cancel your order and
issue a full refund.
When will my product
be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship
within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back
ordered and/or direct ship items.
How
long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most
orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your
location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may
take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check
inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.
Free Shipping Over
$200.00!
Widick Diesel's free
ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling
$200.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to
US addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping is UPS
Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items,
Clutches, Transmissions and all custom orders.
Widick Diesel Service, Inc reserves the right to change this offer at any
time.
Warranty
Widick Diesel Service,
Inc does not manufacture any of the products they
carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on
them. All product warranties if any, implied have been
done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need
warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please
contact the manufacturer directly.
Return
Policy
You
must call for an RMA# before making any return!
-All returns
made to Widick Diesel Service, Inc must be in the original
box with all parts included.
-
All
returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt,
explanation of the problem and Return Number.
- All returns for full
credit must be received by Widick Diesel Service Inc within 30 days of the product being received by the customer.
(determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Customer is
100% responsible for all shipping costs on returned
merchandise.

Credit
will be issued after the product and its contents are
inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to
the buyer.
- Some products may
carry a restocking fee of 5%-10% on returns, this includes but
is not limited to special order, direct shipment and/or the
manufactures return policy.
Widick Diesel Service Inc reserves the right to charge a
restocking fee on any product being returned.
- Shipments refused by
you the customer and returned back to Widick Diesel
Service Inc will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee
deducted from the total credit owed.
Some
Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not
limited to:

Product
has been installed and/or used
- Product has been
damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped
back with out original box, manual and/or parts
- Seal on electrical
parts is broken
-Product serial number
does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
-Product is deemed not
resalable by Widick Diesel Service Inc due to customers
own actions in dealing with the product
ATTENTION:
Products on this website are designed, tested, and listed
for mid-size diesel pick-up trucks unless otherwise noted.
Many products will NOT work on E-series vans,
Excursions, 4500/5500 series, F-450/550, heavy duty trucks,
and motor home applications unless otherwise specified. If you
have any questions about a product working for a specific
application please contact us first, refunds
will not be given for products installed or attempted to be
installed on the incorrect application. Our toll free help

We believe all prices and
information on our website to be accurate. Prices and
information on the website can change with out notice. Widick
Diesel Service Inc reserves the right to completely refund
your money in the event of a misprinted price. Widick Diesel
Service Inc does not manufacture any of the products we
sell. Widick Diesel Service Inc holds no responsibility
for any damages incurred from the products we sell. Any
warranties offered on the products are through the
manufacture, and not through Widick Diesel Service Inc.

website are after market performance products and accessories.
