It was
a successful 1st year at Dyno Day for Widick Diesel And
Performance. After months of planning and
configuring everything for our first event, it's hard to
believe the day has passed. While the forecast was
for scattered showers through out the day, we lucked out
with just a few showers during the morning runs and then
the sun eventually came out for a beautiful day.
All
makes of diesel powered trucks showed up. Justin Pleskac
of Blair Nebraska brought out his 2002 Dodge Diesel
pulling truck. Doug Christianson of Fremont cam in his
"Tweaked" 1995 Dodge Diesel. Bryan Banghart from
Colon, Nebraska towed his Cummins pulling truck to the
event. Brian Homolka from Genoa, Nebraska brought
his Dodge Cummins to win 1st place with 350HP in the under
350HP class. We had trucks here from all over
Nebraska & Iowa that attended our diesel power event.
We would like to thank all the diesel enthusiasts who came
out to Dyno Day!
We
would like to give a special thanks to Woodhouse in Blair,
Nebraska for bringing some new diesel trucks down for
show, O'Rielly Auto Parts here in Fremont for all your
help during the event, Randy from BG Products for
showcasing our newest line of products, Brent from our
Warehouse for helping us with the products and being here
the day of the event and for all the help and support we
received from all family, friends and employee's to make
this event possible.
We hope
all who attended had as much fun as we did and we look
forward to seeing you and some new faces next year for our
2nd annual Dyno Day! The 2007 Dyno Day is already in
the works and we are hoping to make next years a 2-day
event filled with even more activities and fun for the
family. Again, thank you to everyone for all your
help with our 1st Dyno Day Event!
